MIUI disable advertisements from any Xiaomi mobile phones: remove ads, turn off “Promoted apps”, turn off “Personalized ad recommendations”, turn off “Show recommended content”, turn off Recommendations, turn off “Show ads”, turn off “Online content services”, turn off “Personalized recommendations”, turn off “Automatic updates”, turn off “Receive recommendations”, turn off “Popular today”, turn off GetApps notifications

Disable the MSA process, MSA is MIUI System Ads
- Open the Settings app
- Navigate to Passwords & security > Authorisation & revocation.
- Toggle off MSA
You'll get a 10-second warning message, asking you if you're sure you want to do it.
After the countdown, press Revoke.
In case it doesn't let you toggle it off in the first go, try it again till it's off.

Turn off “Promoted apps” for each folder
- Open any folder
- Long-press on the name of the folder in order to rename it
- Toggle off the “Promoted apps”

Turn off: Personalized ad recommendations
- In the same Password & security sub-menu, go to Privacy.
- Then tap “Ad services” and disable “Personalized ad recommendations”.
This will basically turn off data collection to give you relevant ads.

Turn off ads from Downloads app: Show recommended content
- Open the Downloads app from the Mi preinstalled app
- Tap the menu of three-dot-down icon > Settings
- Toggle off “Show recommended content”
You'll get a prompt here as well, just select okay.

Turn off ads from File Manager app: Recommendations
- Open File Manager app from the Mi preinstalled app.
- Tap on the menu of the hamburger icon on the top left.
- Go to Settings > go to About > disable Recommendations.

Turn off ads from the Music app: Show ads, Online content services
- Open the Music app from the Mi preinstalled app
- Head over to the menu icon at top left > Settings
- Select Advanced settings (Service and settings top title name) > turn off “Show ads”
- Select Advanced settings (Service and settings top title name) > turn off “Online content services”
Press OK to confirm

Turn off ads from Themes app: Automatic updates, Show ads, Personalized recommendations
- Open the Themes app from the Mi preinstalled app
- Go to the bottom horizontal bar > Profile > Settings
- Toggle off: Show ads
- Toggle off: Personalized recommendations
- Toggle off: “Automatic updates”

Turn off ads from Cleaner app: Receive recommendations
- Open the Cleaner app from the Mi preinstalled app
- Tap on the Setting icon at top right
- Toggle off: Receive recommendations

Turn off ads from Security app: Receive recommendations
- Open the Security app from the Mi preinstalled app
- Tap on the Setting icon at top right
- Toggle off: Receive recommendations

Turn off ads from “Mi Video” app: “Popular today”
- Open the “Mi Video” app from the Mi preinstalled app
- Go to the bottom horizontal bar > Profile > Settings
- Toggle off the Popular today > toggle off “Popular today” (this feature will be turned off for 30 days)

Turn off GetApps notifications
- Open Settings on your phone
- Go to Apps > Manage Apps
- Tap on GetApps
- Tap on Notifications
- Turn off the toggle to disable all notifications from GetApps

- Turn off Show notifications
- Tap on Force stop > tap on OK

- Hopefully, you don’t have any irremovable GetApps notifications at the top screen, annoying notifications at the center screen from time to time
