Turn off autostart, turn off all app permissions, turn off other permissions, and turn off all notifications from Facebook or Meta mobile app or uninstall Facebook mobile app from your mobile phone

Long press Facebook icon > select “App info”

Autostart > turn off

App permissions > turn off access and don’t allow: Calendar, Camera, Contacts, Files and media, Location, Microphone, Phone
App permissions > set to “No permissions allowed”

Other permissions > turn off and deny the following, do not allow, do not notify:
* Change Wi-Fi connectivity
* Change Bluetooth connectivity
* Home screen shortcut
* Show on Lock screen
* Display pop-up windows while running in the background
* Display pop-up window
* Permanent notification  

Notifications > turn off the following:
* Show notifications
* Allow notification badges
* Allow floating notifications
* Allow Lock screen notifications
* Allow playing sound
* Allow vibration

Alternatively, you can uninstall Facebook mobile app by using the following steps: Long press Facebook icon > select “App info” > tap on Uninstall
