How to check and download your Digi Prepaid itemised statement billing in PDF form

You can now request for a copy in PDF form of your itemized usage for a selected period to be emailed to you for 30 days / 60 days / 90 days.

Here are the steps.

Login from https://www.digi.com.my/. 
Click on the MyDigi icon on your top right.

Enter your mobile number & password and click “Log In”. Your mobile number starts from 016 XXX XXXX or you can enter your email@domain.com

Enter the TAC that was sent to your mobile device and click Proceed. You can send TAC to your email if you want

To check your itemized statements, click Account, then click View Usage

Click on “View Itemised Usage”

Select the Itemized Usage to send Itemized Statement for period of three prefered selections "Last 30 days / Last 60 days / Last 90 days" and enter your email address. Then, click Submit.

Done! Your request has been successfully submitted.

You will receive an email with a PDF copy of the Itemized Statement to your email account almost immediately.
